What is an Organization?

An organization is the highest level of the BizzStream organogram, it can contain several environments. Typically a company can use one organization as there is the ability to share entities within one organization.

Adding environments to an organization

Please take the following steps to add a new environment:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click on Organization
  3. Go to the section Environments in this Organization.
  4. Click New to create a new environment.
  5. In the window that shows up you can enter the name of the environment.
  6. By clicking the Save button, the environment will be created and added to the organization.
  7. When you're done, you can navigate to this environment by clicking the avatar in the top right corner and select the new environment.

Add/Remove admin users to/from the organization

Please take the following steps to add a new admin user:

  1. Go to the section Administrators of this Organization.
  2. Click Add to add a new user.
  3. In the window that shows up you can enter the name of the user. Note that a user has to be created first in the user section.
  4. By clicking the Save button, the admin user will be added to the organization.

Creating an organization

Please take the following steps to create a new organization:

  1. Go to Support Console.
  2. Click on Organizations
  3. Click the new button to create a new organization
  4. In the window that shows up you can enter your name, the name of the organization and an e-mail address.
  5. By clicking the Save button, the organization will be created .
  6. When you're done a confirmation e-mail will be send to the provided email-address with a welcome message and a link to verify your e-mail.
